Medicine Division

Honorarium Payment of £21,000 plus up to 3 PA's per week inclusive of 1 SPA

The Trust is seeking Divisional Chairs who can demonstrate a commitment to team working and shared responsibility for the achievement of the Trust's aims and objectives.

Based in a Clinical Division, the successful candidate will work alongside the Associate Director and Associate Chief Nurse to provide leadership and have full managerial responsibility for clinical and operational performance of the Division.

The post holder will manage the Directorates' clinical effectiveness and deliver governance oversight to Directorates, providing professional leadership to Clinical Directors. He/she will also function as a member of the Trust Executive Committee with a responsibility to contribute to strategic development as well as operational excellence.

Experience of working as a Clinical Director/Senior Clinical Manager is essential. You should also be able to shape and implement a vision for future service development.
