As part of our growth strategy, Betsi Cadwaladr University Local Health Board are currently looking to appoint a Consultant in Older Persons Mental Health, based in the Hergest Unit, Bangor.

The post holder will be responsible for Older Persons services, covering GP surgeries in North Gwynedd. The 65+ population is approximately 11,500. North Wales is the perfect place to train.work.live with stunning surroundings, affordable housing, great schools and a true sense of community wherever you go. An ideal location to settle down on your own or with a family.

Bangor is also superbly located in North Wales, an area of outstanding natural beauty, within easy reach of Chester, Liverpool & Manchester. You are required to be on the Specialist Register, have CCT or recognised equivalent, or be within 6 months of obtaining it at the time of interview. The successful candidates will be appointed to the amended Welsh Consultant Contract.
