Trafalgar Travel is seeking a highly talented Performance Marketing superstar who has a passion for all things digital and a creative edge that sets them apart from the crowd, and outside the box to join their Digital Agency (BS&T Digital) to take their acquisition programme to a new level. You'll work within a global digital team whose sole focus is to support the regional sales & marketing teams and global brand team to drive business growth through digital.

Think you've got what it takes?

We are looking for an experienced digital native with a flair for creating high-impact ROI strategies. You'll will be focused on growth and be responsible for planning, managing & informing acquisition strategies across a paid marketing mix and for that we need someone who is articulate, meticulous, analytical & passionate but also someone who has a sound & thorough understanding of the broader digital marketing mix. At times, your remit will develop to be cross-channel working across all digital marketing activity in conjunction with the other specialists across the team.

You'll be working in a truly matrix environment and will work directly with our sales regions to define and execute their digital marketing requirements. But you'll also bring your extensive expertise to help them with best practice and guidance.

This role would be perfect for an innovative and ambitious digital marketer who's seeking their next challenge to develop an award-winning performance strategy for a global travel brand.

Here's what we're looking for:
  • A clear commercial focus and understanding of performance marketing channels fit into a broader marketing strategy, with a proven track record in leveraging platforms for acquisition and retargeting.
  • 3+ years digital marketing experience (ideally in a B2C environment), including tactical execution and strategy development
  • A clear commercial focus and understanding of performance marketing channels fit into a broader marketing strategy, with a proven track record in leveraging platforms for acquisition and retargeting.
  • Experience with end to end campaign management; planning, building, testing, delivering and analysing digital marketing campaigns
  • Ability to implement and drive global strategies with regional variations and set the KPIs for success
  • Ability to work with regional marketing teams to optimise digital marketing campaigns through measurement and analysis and the ability to make recommendations on future campaign development

  • Strong experience of working in a fast-paced marketing environment, delivering integrated digital marketing campaigns
  • Exceptional work ethic and ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills & ability to liaise with a number of stakeholders across regional teams
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Expert in search - paid and organic, display and re-targeting
  • Proven ability to optimize media agency relationship
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics features
  • Be FUN & enjoy working in a young, dynamic & hard-working team

The role is based in Bromley (15 minutes from Victoria). An attractive package will be offered to the right candidate.
