Head of Training and Consultancy
25-30 hours per week
Office Base: to be confirmed
NJC Salary Scale Point 32
£34,788.00 per annum, full time equivalent


Reporting to the Deputy CEO, the successful candidate will play a critical role in our future development at the very start of an ambitious new three-year strategy. We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience of strategy development and change management principles.

The main objectives of the role will be:
  • To grow CPSL Mind's Training and Consultancy service as an income generator
  • Oversee development of a consultancy arm, working with a wide range of employers to produce reports and strategies to achieve cultural change around mental health in the workplace
  • To work closely with the Training Manager and Deputy CEO to develop business plans to obtain new clients and foster existing client relationships to increase revenue from training sales, while always reflecting our community goal of increasing awareness and reducing stigma and discrimination
