Wilkinson & Associates are assisting a global financial services provider as they seek to add a new hire to their finance team. An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Change Analyst to join the Asset Data Management team. Our client has invested assets with a number of Investment Providers, and the information from these assets is required for a variety of purposes within the Financial processes including Modelling, General ledger, Cash Flow matching and Financial Reporting disclosures. This role holder will act as the conduit between IT, the Asset Data team and business areas and offers the opportunity to gain exposure to the complete project cycle, liaising with downstream users and IT to design, document and deliver technical system and process change within the Asset Data Store. Summary of the role profile: *Document the business requirements and work with business areas to design solutions. *Produce technical designs working collaboratively with the business areas and IT to ensure these will meet the requirements *Assist in maintaining change logs and plans, and ensuring change is implemented. *Communicate clearly to the stakeholders of the changes, following a structured project style model. *Ensure that the end to end delivery of change is managed with key departments and the business. *Research and analyse data on behalf of the business utilising Bloomberg. *Make any procedural enhancements and development of business processes. *Analyse data completeness, accuracy and consistency levels, ensuring that these aspects of data quality are actively managed. *Ensure that key risks regarding data are understood and controlled effectively To be considered for the role you should have a background and skills in: *Involvement in change projects / initiatives *Documenting change and tracking progress / benefits *Progressing multiple work items concurrently, prioritising appropriately *Being a conduit between change facilitators, business units and IT *Constructively challenging and influencing a range of peers and stakeholders *Financial Services experience *Strong MS Excel skills *Knowledge of asset data and reporting processes is advantageous
