Usay Compare are looking for motivated and professional individuals to join their Quality Assurance in South Cerney, Cirencester.

We are the UK's largest Private Medical Insurance Intermediary, working with all the leading insurance providers in the country.

Duties:

Listen to, review and assess the advice given by Sales Advisors to ensure that the clients' overall needs have been met, and that all advice and documentation issued meets the required standards.

Reporting back to the QA Team Leader

Identifying circumstances when product recommendations could be improved upon.

Monitoring compliance with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulatory requirements.

We are looking for someone who:

Has a strong eye for detail

Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, credibility and commitment

Has excellent written and verbal communication

Has the ability to develop positive relationships with colleagues

Has strong listening and analytical skills

Has sound judgement and reasoning skills

The ability to work on your own initiative and under direction where appropriate

A competitive basic salary of £17,500 per annum
