The C&D Group are working in partnership with a company based in Cirencester to recruit for an Accounts Receivable Administrator. This is a full-time and permanent position and an opportunity to join an expanding team with a company that has big growth plans. You will be joining an established Accounts team to work in a lovely office location.

Key Responsibilities;

* Generating client invoices on a weekly / monthly / schedule basis

* Reconciling incoming payments

* Tracking and querying underpayments

* Individually tracking larger projects

* Setting up of new projects and closing off completed projects

* Monitoring and chasing of outstanding payments

* Assisting with rate schedules and rate queries

* Filing of payment notifications / remittance advices

* Ad-hoc support to the rest of the Accounts Team

Desired Attributes;

* Recent Account Receivable experience or professionally qualified / studying towards a professional qualification

* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and some experience with an accounting system such as Sage would be beneficial

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Work to a high level of accuracy

* Organised and able to deal with multiple deadlines and prioritise tasks appropriately

* Proven skills across all Accounts Receivable processes

The standard working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm. Benefits include free parking.
