You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.

A number of years experience in the financial sector is essential.

Management experience is essential.

Main duties include:

* Developing a strategy the team will use to reach its goal.

* Provide any training that team members need.

* Communicate clear instructions to team members

* To implement actions from action plans to ensure that the highest levels of customer service are maintained in line with departmental KPIs and Customer Promise.

Requirements:

· Good PC skills, especially MS Excel.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills.

· Organisational and time-management skills.

· Experience in team leading is essential
