An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join a leading international law firm based in stunning offices in Manchester city centre on a permanent basis. Candidates must have previous reception experience.

Duties include:

* Meeting and greeting clients, visitors, partners and employees

* Overseeing the reception area ensuring it is tidy

* First point of contact on the phones, directing calls, taking messages and answering general enquiries

* Setting up meeting rooms with any particular equipment required such as, AV and presentation equipment as well as catering etc

* Ensuring that meeting rooms are cleared and re-set promptly

* Overseeing the kitchen facility and equipment ensuring it is kept clean and tidy

* Setting up telephone, conference and AV calls in meeting rooms

* Helping to assist with and prepare for any marketing events for the office which may require working out of hours where necessary

* Booking travel

* Assisting the general office and Office Manager with any admin duties such as ordering catering, processing invoices and expenses etc

Person Specification

* Self-starter

* Previous experience in a Receptionist position essential

* Good computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel)

* Strong attention to detail

* High level or both oral and written communication skills

* Able to use initiative when working autonomously

* Proactive approach

* Flexible

* Polite and professional

* Personable

* Tidy and professional appearance

Salary is up to £19,000 per annum depending on experience.

Working hours will be 10am-6pm but some flexibility will be required.
