Wise Employment are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Administrator for one of the UK's fastest growing retailers based in the Plymouth area. With exceptional customer-service at the core of the business, you will be joining a market-leading company who have huge plans for expansion and growth.

The ideal candidate will:

Have advanced Excel skills which will be tested; Access/SQL is desirable but not essential.
Be an analytical problem solver, comfortable working quantitatively.
Have strong written and verbal communication competence, particularly over the phone and in a team.
Be able to prioritise their workload, and work to tight deadlines in a busy office environment.
Have a keen eye for detail, and able to quickly get up to speed with internal processes.

Principle Responsibilities:

Overseeing the process of returning stock from stores to Distribution Centre.
Investigating stock discrepancies at Distribution Centres and Stores, identifying and resolving the root causes.
Providing quotes for 're-works', as well as reviewing generic business invoices.
Reporting on the performance of the Supply Chain against defined KPIs.
Investigating and understanding the business impacts of Distribution Centres not meeting KPIs.
Reporting on costs, productivity and demand patterns within the Supply Chain.
Assisting and overseeing a host of ongoing Supply Chain projects.

Hours and Pay

Monday - Friday: 08:45 - 17:30 (38.75 hours per week).
28 days' holiday per annum, inclusive of bank holidays.
A company discount scheme is available upon successful completion of the probation period.
