About this Role:

We have an immediate requirement for an administrator to work on a construction project to support the site staff on a busy project.

This role will suit someone with good IT skills who is organised and happy to work in a fast paced environment, must have good Excel skills for data entry in order to record hours worked but site staff, be able scan documents and forward to relevant parties, use internal software to book in site inductions and general office support

About the Company/Client/Project:

The company are a privately owned civil engineering contractor operating on schemes throughout the uk.

Requirements including certificates and qualifications:

To be considered you must be able to demonstrate good IT skills, be organised and have good communication skills. If you have worked in a construction environment previously this would be advantageous.

This is a full time position working 5 days per week; hours can be flexible between 7.30am to 6pm to suit within reason.

Candidates must be able to prove their eligibility to work in the UK
