We have an excellent opportunity for a Programme Manager to join a leading organisation on a 6 month contract in Greater London. Our client has a vast amount of knowledge and experience working on multi-million pound projects, in the construction industry. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Programme Manager to join a highly reputable company and work with their expert team.

Key responsibilities:

* Overall accountability for a multi-faceted programme to successfully implement accredited Trusted Network, with the seamless transition to a new CAFM within a MoD environment.

* Align the programme strategy with the company and commercially agreed targets from the client.

* Building robust working relationships, liaising with a diverse group of stakeholders to ensure work is delivered to an agreed scope and quality.

* Work closely with the client to set achievable objectives and success criteria within a complex commercial environment.

* Ensure a well communicated plan with clear roles and responsibilities and a fit for purpose process to manage setbacks.

* Oversee the cross functional delivery teams with appropriate governance controls established.

* Ensure coherence between several strands of activity including, stakeholder communication, commercial & procurement, cloud network, CAFM design, Infrastructure Install and disposal of equipment.

* Work with the commercial teams to enable the most efficient and cost-effective approach to deliver programs of work.

* Manage cost and risk.

* Own the change process pre and post go live including being responsible for successful UAT and any training needs.

Essential requirements:

* Must hold SC Clearance.

* Ideally worked in a UK Defence of Government IT environment.

* Experience delivering Cloud Solutions.

* Exposure to O365, CAFM and CAD.

* Proven track record of success as a Programme Manager, working within a commercially sensitive government environment, with ideally exposure to the construction industry.

* Ability to deal with wider challenges over and above pure IT delivery

* Ability to integrate a complex commercial environment and add value to negotiations.

* Capacity building and Change Management experience.

* Major projects experience

* Ability to work in a fast paced, high profile environment.

* Strong stakeholder management, communication and teamworking skills
