Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Trust are implementing exciting changes for nursing and the clinical teams. We are developing dynamic new roles in order to deliver the best patient experience and to develop a nursing career structure. If you are looking for something new and challenging, we are interested in hearing from you.

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us in our new roles as a Care Navigators. These roles are crucial to delivering safe patient care and flow throughout the system. You must be able to work both independently and as a member of the multi-disciplinary team. The role will include supporting the shift leader to deliver effective board rounds, working with the clinical team to deliver patient care. You will be offered a development programme supported by mentorship.

As part of this role, you will commit to a learning and development programme that will be part of your working day. This will mean you will study the Customer Service Specialist Level 3 and the Care Certificate which an exciting programme encompassing work based learning and clinical skills. You will also be supported to achieve your Level 2 in Numeracy and Literacy which is an integral part of your development. You will learn new skills that will help you develop and give you transferrable skills for your future career.
