Fixed Term Contract - Up to 13 Months

Turning Point have been providing drug and alcohol services in Medway since 2014. We aim to increase the number of substance misusing clients entering and successfully completing treatment, reduce substance related harm and improve the quality of life for our clients, their families and communities. We are now seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, dynamic and passionate Hub Manager to join our multi-disciplinary team offering assessments, specialist prescribing services, BBV testing and vaccinations and a range of clinical and psychosocial interventions.

As Hub Manager, you will have responsibility for all aspects of managing the hub. Your focus will always be on ensuring the delivery of consistently high quality services. This will be through ensuring the safe and effective running of the hub and local satellites to service users, staff and visitors.

You will lead, direct and guide the Bury multi-disciplinary team to provide a person centered client focused service in line with Turning Point's vision and core values. You will also work closely with local healthcare professionals and key stakeholders to oversee the provision of holistic care packages for service users throughout their recovery. You will undertake HR related duties including supervisions, appraisals, recruitment and selection and support team members with HR related queries. You will coordinate and monitor the workload of the team and ensure performance targets are met. You will also work closely with the Medway multi-disciplinary management team.

The successful candidate will also have_

ü Proven track record of service delivery to vulnerable adults with complex needsü Previous staff management experienceü Experience of managing multiple prioritiesü Knowledge and experience of managing and developing staff teamsü Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (including IT skills)ü Experience of partnership workingü Knowledge of substance misuse would be advantageousü Knowledge of CQC would be advantageousü The legal right to work in the UK
