This post offers the chance to live and work in a beautiful region with its own distinctive mix of urban, rural and coastal landscapes, all within easy reach of Norwich, Cambridge, London and the Midlands. We are a welcoming and friendly hospital that is devoted to our vibrant diverse community.

You will assist the existing team to provide a comprehensive Ear, Nose and Throat service to the Trust. This will involve in-patient and out-patient work and a share on the on-call rota, as first on-call. We have the necessary facilities and equipment to provide a broad and comprehensive ENT service. A significant proportion of surgical work is carried out utilising the Arthur Levin Day Surgery Centre, with a full range of procedures, including endoscopic sinus surgery, tonsillectomies and tympanoplasty surgery being regularly performed. The ENT theatre in the main theatre suite is staffed by a team of experienced nurses and equipped with a range of high quality equipment including excellent operating microscopes, HD Stacks and equipment for endoscopic nasal operations. We also have an Argon laser within the main theatre complex. We have a dedicated outpatient department and each clinic room has its own ceiling mounted microscope and fibre optic naso-endoscope and stack system. The Audiology Department is adjacent to the ENT clinic, and offers a comprehensive range of audiological services. We would be happy to arrange an informal visit to the hospital for any interested candidates. This may be arranged with Mr Rajendra Tadikonda, Clinical Lead for ENT, Tel. 01553 613724.
