This key role will provide leadership and management to the teams in the University Library acquiring content, managing electronic resources, enabling access and discovery to the Library's collections, managing collection development and providing support for the Library Services Platform. About youWe are seeking someone with proven leadership and management skills who is able to build teams effectively. You will be able to plan and lead service development along with communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.Experience of working with electronic resource management and discovery systems is essential and having knowledge of the range of published content available, and its associated metadata, will be greatly beneficial.
