Interaction Accountancy and Finance have an exciting opportunity to join a successful organisation with a national reach who are based on the outskirts of Milton Keynes!

Our client is currently looking to recruit an Expected Charges Co-Ordinator who will take on a breadth of transactional accounting duties, working within a medium sized accounting function.

Please see below a list of duties that will be required:

· Ensure rental invoices are reported accurately

· Ensure contract hire invoices are checked against system

· Assist with clearing outstanding invoices or unallocated cash

· Co-ordinate and check all Expected Charges completed by team members

· Complete a quarterly check on all clients to confirm that all rental queries are cleared within allocated timescale

· Ensure all queries with contract hire rental invoices are pursued, resolved and subsequently reported to the client

· Complete weekly checks on statements

· Be involved in clearing client issues with CHOs through communication or attending meetings with Client Services representatives

· Adhoc duties to assist team within the finance department

You will also have experience of using Microsoft Office suite, ideally with Excel up to VlookUps and Pivot Tables. You will be able to work well within a team environment, managing your time effectively and be able to communicate well with colleagues.
