Reports to Vice President, Solution Design COE & Professional Services EMEAThis role leads and manages client engagements across the breadth of the Services portfolio. It begins with acquisition and shaping of customer requirements through early engagement and creates winning solutions and profitable business contracts aligned to Xerox's portfolio. The overall metrics for this position is win rate and the accuracy of Solution Design when measured by through the Transition and Transformation Plan, which drives TTR and TTP. This role is critical to engaging with our offerings teams with client and competitive insight. It is also responsible for overseeing the Solution Architect and Technical Consultant roles as they engage together at pursuit level. This role is responsible for the management and leadership of large, complex global proposals and bids.Operates across the entire breadth of the Services portfolio and engages in opportunities led from any of Xerox's operating geographies. The role works in close collaboration with the other members of the pursuit team (Sales, Bid Management, Commercial, Technical Consultants and Service Delivery). Working where necessary with internal and external partners.Main Responsibilities Support client and contract negotiations to ensure ongoing and effective representation of solution design (services and technology)Design and influence the component parts of a Xerox solution to meet requirementsServes as the ultimate solution design authority obtaining subject matter expertise from appropriate groups where requirements demandAccountable for the end-to-end solution, which includes people / process / technology and considers all operating elements (such as remote solve / break-fix) to meet client outcomes and maximize adoptionAccountable for the development of sharp, economically aligned, deliverable solutionsIn concert with sales, develop the Statement of Work to ensure that all solution design principles are included with the SOW document.Ensure that the solution design is effectively and accurately represented in all elements of the Contract Agreement (MSA, SOW, CPS, Flow downs etc.)Qualifications Experience & RequirementsIntermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio & MS Project) Expertise the in appropriate LOB component below:MPS Platform (XSM/XDM) and Fleet Design (MPS Enterprise Solution Architect)Production Print/Output Fulfillment, Mail/Hybrid Mail, Print Workflow, XMPIE/FreeFlow (CPS Enterprise Solution Architect)CS Common Platform, CS portfolio and delivery models (CS Enterprise Solution Architect)Knowledge of Transition and Transformation Planning, Operational Services (Delivery Model/Reporting/SLA), and Financial Modeling.Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. ITIL, TOGAF, Prince2)Lean Six Sigma Green Belt CertificationRelevant Microsoft / Technology based CertificationExcellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal demonstrated by negotiation and influencing with fluency in EnglishAbility to work in and manage cross functional teams spread across global geography as required, including working within virtual teams of highly skilled individuals.Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills as well as the ability to illustrate in presentations and technical artifacts and diagrams.Experience in managing executive and C-suite customer relationships.Experience of leading large scale and complex projects and supervisory/management experience.Ability to identify, quantify, articulate and mitigate risk with a great deal of authority and influence.Xerox is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, creed, religion, ancestry, national origin, age, gender identity, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, use of a guide dog or service animal, military/veteran status, citizenship status, basis of genetic information, or any other group protected by law.
