Campaign ManagerThe Campaign Manager is a central role in the execution of the marketing strategy to support TalkTalk Business' growth ambitions.The Campaign Manager role is a central role in the support and execution of the marketing strategy. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager they will also play a mentoring role to the Marketing Executive and Email Communications Executive.Key areas of responsibility:* Identify audience segments & delivery of the tactics within the marketing plan.* Develop the messaging framework, design & deliver marketing campaigns.* Formulate and execute innovative ways to deliver the campaign strategy. * Work with the Marketing Content Manager, Email Communications Executive and where necessary the appointed agency to deliver marketing campaigns.* Identify the event timetable and requirements to support the marketing plan.* Manage the marketing channels to market (e.g. website, marketing automation & webinar platforms) * Manage the day-to-day relationships with key media channels to market (e.g. digital & social, trade publications, trade events).* Work collaboratively with the Marketing Executive and Marketing Content Manager on the execution of all events.* Foster strong working relationships with the sales teams.* Effective collaboration with other Commercial teams, CRM/MI/Insight, Product, Pricing. * Support and lead by example through mentoring and coaching of the Marketing Executive and Email Communications Executive.
