A luxury lifestyle and event management company operating in London and Cannes, looking for an experienced sales & business development manager to join their stunning London HQ.

A tenacious individual who can strengthen a sales strategy towards BtoB and BtoC international partners and clients, as well as follow up and reach the sales targets.

Our client is highly renowned for taking care of a high-end clientele all year round, living in or visiting London or Cannes.

They are focused on growth and career development and passionate about their workforce.

Their vision for the Sales development manager is to use their strategy/plan to greatly participate to expand the team.

Your new role

  • Define and implement the Annual Sales Plan for the assigned area in accordance to the strategies and priorities designed with the General Management;
  • Define & Implement the Digital Marketing strategy;
  • Follow-up on the BtoB and BtoC prospective businesses;
  • Ensure sales targets are delivered;
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities.

You will be a key member of a successful and driven sales team, responsible for proactively hunting new business. One of the key things will be providing customer care and being able to develop long-term relationships with existing clients and being able to bring on new clients.

This role is most suited to an experienced, tenacious sales person who has passion for bringing on new business.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Postgraduate studies;
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in sales;
  • Excellent negotiating, selling, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident dealing with Management level decision makers
  • Experience in Lifestyle and/or Event Management company;
  • Capable to reach the target of HNWI living in or travelling to London and/or French Riviera;
  • Fluent English;
  • Computer and Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, Mac OSX, CRM, Social Media).

Desired Skills

  • A Master's degree or a previous experience in Digital Marketing;
  • A solid success in new business development;
  • An additional language such as French, Russian, Spanish.

What you'll get in return

Up to £35,000 plus commission
