Based - Close to Mansfield

Our client, based on the outskirts of Mansfield, is looking to recruit a suitably experienced individual for the above position.

The company provide a range of service industry related products into the commercial sector. As a significant name within their specific market place the organisation has built a strong reputation for quality products and customer service.

We are particular keen to hear from individuals who, in addition to having suitable experience, also have a flexible and team based attitude to the workplace.

The role is multi-functional; duties will include, liaising with suppliers, assisting in the production of spread sheets, general call handling and other day to day activities which may include greeting visitors, assisting clients and any other associated duties.

It is essential that applicants have a strong understanding of Microsoft software packages and have the capacity to communicate well at all levels' ideally with a confident and friendly telephone manner with a team-focused disposition.

The company's ethos is founded on professionalism; working within a friendly, client centric organisation in which team ethics are as important as individual skill sets.

Approximately 24 hours per week (3 Days per week)

Hours of work 8.30am - 5.00pm

(Some flexibility may be given to these times for the ideal candidate)
