The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to provide nursing leadership, working in our outpatient Urology unit. The Oak Unit is situated in St Margaret's Hospital and provides outpatient facilities for Urology patients. The unit operates as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team including Specialist Doctors, Clinical Nurse Specialists and Advanced Nurse Practitioners

As a senior member of the team you will be responsible for operational matters, workforce planning, education and quality improvement whilst ensuring that clinical care is delivered safely within a dynamic innovative environment. You will have proven experience of leadership and possess highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.

You will have a mature, compassionate and sensitive manner with a genuine desire and passion to help people. You must have the ability to demonstrate patience and empathy with good clinical skills inspiring confidence and trust
