We are proud of our reputation for being a great employer and we value the work of our greatest assets - our employees.Right now, we are looking to recruit a self motivated Branch Sales Administration Team Leader to lead and support the ITS Branch Admin team to ensure smooth transition of deal paperwork from the Sales/Internal Account Managers through to order submission.What you will be doing• Responsible for the operational delivery and performance of the ITS Branch Administration team in order to meet customer expectations aligned to agreed order processing SLAs and targets, and resolving any queries that arise.• Responsible for creating and sustaining an engaged workforce in the ITS Branch Administration team to promote a positive work culture to meet the current and future needs of the business.• To ensure that all team members are trained and developed to the required standard to be able to deliver an exceptional service to all customers by providing excellent and efficient administration support. .• Lead and/or participate in projects related to the field of ITS Order Administration.• People management for the Branch Administration team including objective setting, recruitment, training, conducting 121's and bi-annual performance reviews. • Ensure visibility of clean orders through internal systems• Build strong relationships with both internal/external customers and to act as an escalation point for them in a view to manage complex issues.You will ideally have• Ability to adopt and embrace the management of change and culture • Ability to analyse current operation and future procedural requirements.• Proven track record on Customer focus and understanding of requirements (internal & external)• Excellent people management skills - ability to lead, inspire, develop, coach, motivate• Strong communication and presentation skills for Senior Mgt level and Customer communications• Ability to prioritise a variety of tasks.• Good time management, organisational & delegation skills.• Ability to handle and resolve conflict.• Ability to embed, drive and embody an ownership culture. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills able to communicate effectively at all levels within the business internally and externally• PC literate - Word, Powerpoint and OutlookIn return for your commitment, you can expectWe offer a competitive salary package with industry leading benefits making Ricoh an exceptional place to work.
