Our client is a well-established law firm based on the edge of the Cotswolds. They are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join their team. The successful candidate will be part of the thriving day to day operation of the company and offer reliable and crucial secretarial support to the fee earners. They are looking someone who can hit the ground running and be ready to become an integral part of the team with an immediate start.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Organising the office administration.
  • Scheduling meetings, organising diaries and being the point of contact for telephone queries.
  • Writing document drafts as well as proof reading documents.
  • Analyse enter data onto the company system.
  • Organising case files.
  • Networking with clients to build lasting relationships.
  • Conducting research.
  • Writing reports.
  • Being in attendance of meetings when required to do so.

Key Skills & Experience:
  • Ideally experience of working in Conveyancing or Agricultural work.
  • Good level of IT skills including Microsoft Office. (Word. Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
