MHT Technology Ltd is a leading supplier of automation systems to the Oil and Gas industries and a subsidiary of the Endress+Hauser group of Companies.

The role of Product Manager is to support and manage the Company's product portfolio and acts as a point of contact to co-ordinate projects within MHT.

The Product Manager is required to develop and apply knowledge of Company products, processes and procedures along with that of 3rd party providers and distributors to provide support to the sales, marketing and administrative functions within MHT.

The Product Manager will be required to work closely with MHT's parent company's Product Management Team in Germany.

Main Duties

1.Product Management
  • Manage MHT's product portfolio;
  • Develop an excellent working knowledge of MHT and third-party products;
  • Create product documentation for each software/hardware release;
  • Review of technical documents such as Requirement Specifications, Product Manuals and Data Sheets;
  • Co-ordinate product updates and product releases.

2.Project co-ordination
  • Working with the Company's Engineers to create and maintain project plans and co-ordinate projects;
  • Liaise with internal departments on project and attendance at required meetings;
  • To act as a primary point of contact with our parent company's Product Management team;
  • Attend weekly conference calls with our parent company's Product Management Team.

  • Provide a multi-channel approach to product management, analysis of trends to drive forward both online and off-line Marketing initiatives;
  • Facilitate pricing reviews and price book updates;
  • Working with the Data Protection Lead to uphold the required standards;
  • Creation of presentations content for customer demonstrations, sales visits and training.

  • Annual budget preparation;
  • Conform to the Companies Quality Management Standard and SHEF Policies and Procedures;
  • Work closely with colleagues, consultants and agencies.

Qualifications and relevant experience
  • Essential
  • High level of numeracy: preferably qualified in a science, mathematics or engineering discipline;
  • Previous experience of Product Management and Project Co-ordination;
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Desirable
  • Higher education/degree qualification or the equivalent experience;
  • Experience of working in an engineering environment;
  • Experience of Adobe Creative Cloud and SAP Business One.

Role will be based at MHT's offices near Richmond, North Yorkshire. You will also be required to travel to our parent Company's office in Germany with the potential to attend customers offices and exhibitions with the UK and internationally.

Remuneration will be dependent upon experience and be inclusive of training, pension, private medical, life insurance and the potential for a performance related bonus payment.
