The visitor experience is at the heart of our iconic Brewery and we are looking for two Part-Time Administrators to jointly manage our tour desk in Chiswick, meeting and greeting our Brewery Tour guests and providing support to our tour guide and shop teams.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Dealing with customer enquiries and feedback via e-mail, Design My Night and Trip Advisor
  • Booking and management of tours via telephone, e-mail and booking and payment systems
  • Scheduling of tours and allocation of tour guides
  • Invoicing customers (internal & external)
  • Collating weekly sales figures and producing sales reports
  • Managing booking system, including creation of new products when required
  • Compiling weekly payroll, holiday and sickness information for Tour Guide team
  • Assist with marketing and promotion of the visitor experience including cross-promotional activity with our Brewery Shop
  • Managing the Hock Cellar diary and assisting with the planning, organisation and hosting of events
  • Providing occasional cover for the Brewery Shop

Your Ideal background:
  • An interest in people, the drinks business and history
  • Confidence when speaking to and managing large groups of people
  • Great organisational skills including planning and prioritising with impeccable attention to detail
  • Flexibility with a can-do attitude and a friendly, approachable manner
  • Ready and able to tackle any task
