IT 2nd Line Support Team Leader - Birmingham - £27K

Role: IT 2nd Line Support Team Leader
Salary: £27,000 + Excellent benefits

A UK industry leading company in Birmingham have an opening for a 2nd line Helpdesk Supervisor/Team Lead to coordinate the daily operational activities of the IT service desk. They currently support 1000+ users and operate across the UK.

If you have undertaken a senior 2nd line role or a team leader role previously, you will be aware that this role offers a whole lot of important and exciting responsibilities including; structuring of service desk/business processes, technical staff management and training, driving performance and motivation, allocate tickets to the relevant teams and ultimately, leading by example in helping to drive the business further forward.

This company big on personality, they have been established for 75 years now and need to IT to take their business forward!
