Aspire People are currently supporting a school in the central Nottingham area who are looking to recruit a behaviour mentor to support a number of pupils across the school. The main duties of the role will include:

- Hourly drop ins to pupils across the school

- Setting behaviour plans and reviewing targets with pupils

- Leading lunch and break clubs with said children to promote communication and teamwork skills

- Liaising daily with the school SENCO to review progress

- Assisting in class to raise attainment levels

The school are looking to appoint somebody with the following qualities:

- A resilient and hardworking attitude

- Experience of working with pupils who demonstrate challenging behaviour

- A creative mind to show new ways in which to engage children

- An excellent team player

- Strong mentoring skills
