You will be the Organisations interim lead officer for the HR/payroll transactional services provided by our delivery partner. You will operate at the highest level, working with Senior Managers, HR Business Partners, customers of the HR Services and the local representatives of the various businesses delivering the Services to the Organisation.
You will be part of a team working to ensure a smooth transition from the current contract when it ends in 2022 to the new delivery model.
You will also be the HR Lead on the programme of work to move the Organisations HR/Payroll system off SAP to a replacement system(s) which will be procured in 2019. You will be involved in the selection process and will use your systems and change management experience to ensure a successful implementation into the business.

Personal credibility is essential together with exceptional communication, influencing and negotiating skills. You will be able to challenge, demanding the highest levels of performance, quality and customer experience, whilst ensuring a culture of partnership working.
You will manage HR contracts using insight from the HR Business Partners and with support from the central contract team to ensure that services are specified and delivered to customer satisfaction, ensuring that that improvements are identified, delivered and maintained. You will ensure that the services meet the needs of the business both now and in the future by:
· setting service standards
· monitoring the quality of service provision
· identifying and ensuring continuous service improvement
