We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Field Engineer 1st / 2nd to join my client, a fast-paced, growing IT Managed Services company based in Northampton, and become a key member of their busy Field team. As a 1st /2nd Field Engineer, you will act as the initial point of on behalf of the company. working to and meeting SLA response and resolution targets for their customers IT issues on customer site

As an ideal candidate for this fantastic IT support opportunity, you will have a minimum 1 years recent employment in a technical Service Desk role environment supporting multiple external or internal users, via telephone and remote access. You must also be able to demonstrate customer facing skills. It is essential that as a 1st/2nd line support analyst you have excellent interpersonal skills, with a confident and organised personality and be committed and driven to deliver excellent customer service at all times.

As a Field support engineer you will have the ability to demonstrate recent practical experience and a solid understanding of troubleshooting, supporting and administering: Windows Server ideally, 2003-2012. My client would also expect experience with Windows XP/7/8, Microsoft Office. & 0365,

As a passionate IT Support Engineer you will have the ability to work under pressure, multitask and organise priorities, and have the ability to take ownership of issues and work to tight timescales.
