Salary: £29,477 + 3% flexible benefits + on target bonus + contributory pension

Your typical day to day role will involve of motivation and leading a team of Legal Recoveries advisors to adhere to key performance indicators. Developing and coaching the advisors to maximise collections and quality through side by side coaching and training. Conducting 1 to 1 interviews and offering expert advice and guidance to encourage personal development. Analysing team date to ensure achievement of key performance indicators. Involvement in effective recruitment and ongoing retention of advisors. Adherence to HR policies and ensuring a fair and consistent approach is shown.

What do we need from you?

We are looking for an experienced team leader with strong Organisation and time management skills. A experienced individual with a desire to develop employees through motivation, leading, coaching and training. The ability to make fair, consistent and objective judgements. Add strong communication skills, strong problem solving and decision making and you could be the candidate we are looking for.
