We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Assistant to provide professional, consultative and pro-active support to central office staff and staff in our remote Services. Whilst ensuring best practice and fit to organisational goals and values. The key to our on-going success and plans for future growth is ensuring that we have the right people in place at the right time to drive our organisational objectives.

SeeAbility provides extraordinary support and champions better eye care for people with learning disabilities and autism, many of whom have sight loss. We encourage people with disabilities to challenge what they expect from life, from themselves and from wider society.The people we support overcome huge barriers to achieve exciting new things every day: some big, some small, all extraordinary.

This varied role will involve liaising with our IT managed services provider, maintaining and recording assets among other tasks.

This is a permanent full time position working for one of the largest Charities in the south of England.

You should have proven previous experience of IT support in an operational environment and be able to provide exceptional customer care.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and telephone manners are a must as is the ability to relate technical issues to non technical staff.

Occasional travel is required, so a full driving license and own transport are essential.
