We are currently seeking an organised, motivated and enthusiastic Supply Planning Analyst to be based at our Chiswick Brewery. You will be responsible for planning the supply for a varied portfolio of brought in finished goods across soft drinks, spirits and point of sale. You will also provide cover for Large pack/small pack scheduling, with the potential to take on further product work as part of this fast paced and varied role.

Your key responsibilities as a Supply Planning Analyst will include;
  • Planning supply for a portfolio of bottled beer, soft drinks & spiritis, based on customer demand.
  • Management of all current and projected inventory levels, ensuring consistantly good stock availability for customers.
  • Generate POs and manage supply from external vendors, based on lead times, delivery parameters, ordering parameters (MOQs).
  • Planning movement of stocks between warehouses to ensure consistant supply is available to all customers.
  • Planning medium - long term stock build for peak periods (Xmas, bank holidays).
  • Pro-actively managing any stock outs/service level issues to minisimse business impact.
  • Inventory management - monitroing stock levels, flagging slow movers and any shelf life issues. Setting, reviewing and maintaining stock policies in system.
  • Liasing with suppliers and warehouses.
  • Working within site and wareshouse constraints- booking slots/warehouse space.
  • Managing re-work process for imported bottled products.
  • Supporting Supply Planning Manager in SAP implementation project.
  • Provide cover for Supply Planner (line scheduling).

Your Ideal Background;
  • Relevant supply chain experience, preferably in FMCG or drinks industry.
  • Graduate.
  • Experience managing supply of a portfolio of products.
  • SAP/MRP system experience required.
  • Experience working across different business functions (operational/sales) would be ideal.
