Partner Financial are working with a multinational manufacturing business who have revenues of over €100 million, and a manufacturing, production, sales, and operations footprint worldwide. Embarking on an exciting period of rapid growth and development, they are seeking an Interim Group FP&A Manager.

This critical and high-profile role requires a technically skilled professional to lead and deliver a variety of integral projects; Business Planning, Budgeting cycle, Balance-Sheet Ownership and any Ad-hoc projects directed by the CFO. This will run alongside day-to-day financial planning activities and a commitment to constant business improvement.

Key Competencies:
  • Full accounting qualification (Ideally ACA) with extensive PQE;
  • Experienced in owning and delivering high-quality reports, budgets, business plans, and balance sheets across a broad international organisation;
  • Both operational and strategic business acumen; able and motivated when driving continuous improvements to basic FP&A tools;
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience of working in a complex environment where the provision of quality MI is a key business driver;
  • Excellent influencing skills, both written and oral, at senior financial and non-financial stakeholder levels;
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable; comfortable in a fast-paced and fluctuating environment;
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of an international team;
