Temp to perm opportunity on the outskirts of Westbury as a Finance Assistant

Your new company
A specialist bespoke environment where you will be providing support to a growing and busy finance team.

Your new role
As a Finance Assistant you proving support to the Finance Manager and make sure they are kept aware of all finance matters. You will be using Sage 50 and Excel to accurately record and update department budgets and petty cash systems. You will also be responsible for ensuring invoices are paid in accordance with payment terms.
Additionally duties will include:
  • Responsible for cash, cheque books and financial records.
  • Provide allowances for various departments within the business
  • Raising sales invoices and credit control
  • Reconciling card receipts
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any issues
  • Supplier payment runs
  • Other adhoc duties

What you'll need to succeed
Experience with Sage 50 is required. You will be able to execute the above duties to a high standard.

What you'll get in return
This is a temporary to permanent opportunity. Once permanent the holiday allowance is 28 plus bank.
Working hours are 36.25
