Frailty Team Leader
Occupational Therapy

Hours: 24 hours per week
Band: 7
Salary: £37,570 to £43,772 pa (pro rata)

Essential Requirements: HCPC Registration

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and develop the delivery of a high quality, efficient and effective integrated service to the Frailty wards at Harrogate District Foundation Trust Hospital.

You will be enthusiastic and highly motivated to drive the service forward in line with local and national guidelines. Working with other senior members of the multidisciplinary therapy team, you will ensure a well-coordinated, flexible and responsive service for patients and stakeholders. Working to the highest standards, you will facilitate patient care and support and train our highly committed teams of Therapy staff.

You will carry a frailty caseload, and take the lead role in the delivery, co-ordination and evaluation of the therapy service for this area. You will be responsible for the operational management for the team including Band 5 & 6 Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists, and Rehabilitation Assistants.

You must have significant post-registration experience, with experience at Band 6 level in relevant clinical settings. You will be supported to develop clinical and managerial skills by the relevant Professional Lead.
