Office Angels are recruiting for a Vehicle Service Desk Administrator. We are looking for someone who is able to work quickly and efficiently within a team but also individually. Experience within the automotive/Hire industry is ideal as they ideal candidate will have a high level of knowledge about the role, the industry and its expectations.

The role includes;
  • Reporting to the Operations Director
  • Liaising with Customers, Drivers and the Workshop/ Workshop Administrator
  • Organising deliveries and collections
  • Being the first point of contract for all incoming calls, this including breakdown calls from both the hire and warranty customers, customer enquiries, and the service engineers
  • Organising and planning the movement of the hire fleet
  • Processing warranty claims, checking documentation is correct and up to date

The ideal candidate must be eager to take on new challenges and be active within the role. The right candidate will develop within the company.

Monday to Thursday 8am-5.30pm
Friday 8am-4:30pm

£19,000-£23,000k per annum.
