Change Communication LeadLondon£55,000 - £65,000A global leading organisation based in London is currently recruiting for a change communications lead to be responsible for planning and delivering creative and compelling campaigns that align and link my clients change programmes to the strategy and transformation journey. We are looking for a highly driven and passionate communications expert who can build narratives that resonate with our audience groups around the world. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities*Define key communications principles and ensure these principles are adopted across the change programmes*Ensure communications clearly and unambiguously convey employee impacts and put the change in a strategic context*Create key messages and high-level communications consolidating communications where feasible to best meet the needs to the business *Partner with Change Mangers to plan communication and engagement activities for each programme *Review communications and engagement approaches and plans as required *Support the Change Managers to create communication material, with Change Managers providing the content*Agree governance and sign-off process for each change programme with Change Managers to ensure consistent enterprise approach*Input learning's to the communications components of the Change Management Toolkit *Manage communication channels including Business Transformation intranet page, ad-hoc communications, blogs and events as required*Prioritise activities to ensure critical deliverables are achieved*Measure the effectiveness of change communications and implement actions as appropriate*Partner with Internal Communications to ensure alignment of principles, key messages and channels Experience*Extensive experience across multiple change programmes, preferably across global businesses *Experience developing compelling narratives that link the delivery of global change programmes with the BSI strategic planSpring acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
