Our client, a highly-successful business in the Financial Services industry, are seeking an Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis for an initial 12-month contract period.

Based in the centre of Tunbridge Wells, you will be working as part of a varied and fast-paced team in a diverse role where you will require good attention to detail, accuracy and excellent customer service / communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure all client accounts have adequate funds in order to process payments

- Download and reconcile all bank statements daily
- Ensure that all FCA guidelines and procedures are followed as required
- Maintain a high level of customer liaison, ensuring that all queries are answered as a matter of urgency
- Work both independently and as part of a team on shared and individual allocated tasks

Key Experience:

- A minimum of 6 months' prior experience working within a commercial office environment, with experience in both administration and customer service

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure, maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Self-starter with the ability to use own initiative
- A good problem-solver
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to speak with both clients and colleagues of all levels
- Excellent time management skills whilst being able to prioritise tasks
