As part of our continuous development of our service, we have an exciting opportunity for a (Housing Improvement Agency) Technical Officer Team Leader to join our Independent Living Team in Suffolk.

This key role will see you provide line management support to the team of Technical Officers which will include training, development and performance. You will also provide technical advice and supervision of building works to enable customers to choose appropriate solutions for the repair and adaptation of their homes.

The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge in housing construction and repairs, building planning regulations, administering building contracts and will have experience of leading and motivating teams.

A full driving license with your own vehicle is required.
