Our client is an established and expanding care home operator looking for a Customer Relations Manager to join the team at their brand new care home near Chigwell.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to become an integral member of the senior management team. You will have a variety of responsibilities including managing occupancy within the home, establishing a visible presence in the local community, developing relationships in the local area, managing enquiries, showing people around the home, reviewing and analysing marketing activity and reporting figures and details to senior management.

You will work closely with the Care Home Manager to ensure that the home has a highly visible presence in the local community, managing relationships with local schools, businesses and authorities. You must be a dynamic and enthusiastic people-person, who can confidentially manage their own time as well as working as part of a team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience in a similar role and ideally you will have worked in the care sector previously. You will be instrumental in developing a marketing plan to ensure that the home is successful from the outset.

The role is contracted to 40 hours per week, usually Monday to Friday however flexibility may be needed to attend weekend events and activities.

The basic salary for the role is £35,000pa, with commission available based on targets, with OTE of £47,000pa
