We are looking for a talented and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our UK Hotel Operations Team. You'll be based out of our Head Offices in Elstree, Hertfordshire with extensive nationwide travel and potential flexibility to work from home when you're not on the road.

The role:

This challenging and far reaching role will give you full ownership of ensuring the delivery of an exceptional food and beverage experience across all of our 18 UK Country House Hotels. Food and Beverage areas include:

* Main restaurant

* Picnic lunches

* Special events e.g. Private parties, weddings, opening events

* Bar

You'll also be responsible for achieving additional revenue generation across the whole estate and your areas of responsibility will cross in to Operations, People and Finance.

You:

Ideally, you'll be a focused, driven and committed leader who is hugely passionate about delivering an excellent food and beverage experience across a multi-site operation.Your comprehensive Chef and operational background will demonstrate previous experience of managing food and beverage budgets in excess of £2 million show a clear understanding of all aspects of profit and loss accounts, food purchasing from a central position and a sound understanding of food hygiene and health and safety policies.

You'll bring with you advanced communication, influential and negotiation skills, a hawk like attention to detail and a working knowledge of supporting multiple-sited teams in the hotel environment, where guest satisfaction and experience are of the highest priority. A valid UK drivers' license and flexibility to travel and work throughout the UK are essential requirements for this role.
