Excellent opportunity for a office manager to join an ambitious and growing manufacturing company that will offer you variety, career stability and development.

They have recently moved into a purpose built manufacturing facility and expect to have further expansion in the coming years.

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring all materials, packaging and ingredients are on hand or on order to meet the production plan and ultimately meet the customer requirements.

In this role you will be responsible for managing the staff and general office procedures to ensure processes and duties in the office flow efficiently. It is also key to be competent in all general office tasks, to provide support and cover when called upon to ensure the day to day running of the business;

The ideal candidate will have been an office manager within an engineering, manufacturing or production company and have experience with ERP.

The role

*Assign and monitor administrative responsibilities and tasks among office staff

*Maintain training records for office staff and identify training needs

*Evaluate and manage staff performance, including coaching, mentoring and discipline office staff as required

*Assist with adherence to company Quality procedures

*Checking and approving of Administrators paperwork and documentation for production

*Producing of customer invoices

*Performing quarterly stock take reconciliation of all raw materials

*Weekly stock checking and ordering of office and production consumables as required

*Supporting the business in communicating with clients, suppliers and staff

*Liaise with other departments

*Provide managerial and operational support to Directors and other managers as required

*Play a big part in implementing our new ERP system.

*Work closely with the Planning Manager provide support

The person

*Strong people management skills

*Previous experience with ERP systems.

*Proficient in using all Microsoft Office packages - including Excel and Outlook

*Have worked within an engineering, manufacturing or production company.
