Take this opportunity to GROW together!Mission of the role:This is a high profile key customer focused role for the total Convenience and Impulse Account team which is instrumental to the success of the Convenience and Impulse channel.To drive new business relationships, listings, distribution and opportunities to contribute to delivery of profitable growth for the Convenience and Impulse channelTo explore and prioritise regional opportunities across distributors, wholesalers, RDCs, and end users of these RTM across multiple channels from forecourts and independents to QSR, HORECA and coffee shops.To further support the delivery of the overall accounts with excellence in execution of retail plans, forecasting support, performance analysis and administrative perfectionInternal & external relations:Initiate, build and develop strong relationships with new customers buying, supply, customer planning and digital teamsKey part of the Convenience and Impulse's Account Team (Controller, SNAM, NAM) and working with the field team, the new business team and the impulse team to ensure that we maximise push and pull strategies with customers to create opportunities Develop relationship and communication with internal support functions of Finance, Market Strategy, Marketing, Supply and wider grocery teamKeep wider business informed of new business development wins and opportunities against the strategic prioritiesAccount Management:Commercial acumen, creating business commercial proposals aligned to business financial KPIs and prioritiesDrive distribution of NPD and core range, balancing considerations for both profitability targets and customer/channel relevance for the brands and product offeringsSupport SNAM to deliver the numbers: Volume, CANN, CANN/KG and MOO/CANN%Tracking and reporting of numbers for your customer accountsPrioritising accounts and opportunitiesEnsure perfect execution of plan: work with necessary internal & external influencers Deliver promotion insights to ensure we maximise our investment within Convenience and Impulse.Executing the shopper strategy to ensure best in class results within your customers and channelsInputting into our ongoing Convenience and Impulse strategy, developing the understanding of instore capabilities through competitor activities and instore developmentsIf you need more information about this job, before you apply officially you can contact Grace.Mills@Danone.com
