Office Administrator – Part-Time

An Office Administrator with tons of initiative is needed to join a leading Branding and Design Agency based in trendy Shoreditch. You'll be organised, good with people, comfortable taking responsibility and comfortable directing others. You'll know how to manage the agency's admin - doing whatever is needed to keep the wheels turning smoothly.

Offering flexible part-time hours of 16 hours a week, this role will be varied and keep you busy when in the office.

Established in the late 1990s, with the aim to break free from the bland and predictable, this growing brand and design agency has built an enviable reputation for creating and revamping brands through strategy, design, websites, online and print marketing and much more. They are now seeking a super organised Office Administrator to keep on top of the administrative needs of the business.

Joining as an Office Administrator you will be turning your hand to multiple tasks including credit control using Xero and Depot, managing diaries and travel arrangements as necessary. You'll also handle the management of social media channels as well as the general administration you would expect with an Office Administration role. In short you will be super organised, a real team player, able to manage multiple tasks and projects at one time and keep good humoured whilst being the first point of contact with clients calling or visiting the agency.

Any experience in HR that would be helpful but not essential to be considered for the role.

To qualify. You should be an Office Manager / Office Head / Office Administrator / Officer Coordinator or similar with a CV that can demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in office administration;
  • You are highly organised with an eye for detail and the ability to multi-task;
  • Approachable, outgoing and resourceful;
  • Good proofreading skills;
  • You only have to be asked once to do something and it gets done;
  • You have client service experience;
  • Experienced in using Xero accounting and Excel spreadsheets;
  • Know how to use the management tool Monday would be useful but not essential
  • Excellent time management/prioritisation skills;
  • Human Resources experience would be helpful.
