As a Finance Analyst you will contribute to our vision of being the leading residential property manager, as recognised by others by:
  • Providing high quality financial support and business partnering our Operations and Corporate finance
  • Assisting in driving and improving performance through financial analysis
  • This role reports to the Finance Manager

About You

You are ideally AAT qualified and studying for a further professional qualification, with excellent accounting knowledge and first-hand experience of working in an accounting environment, and are seeking a new role in a fast paced environment.

Having strong analytical, communication and MS Office skills, means you can deliver analysis with a clear focus, accurately and with an excellent attention to detail.

You thrive in a high pressure environment, and are organised to work to deadlines.

Main Responsibilities
  • Business Partner to the Regional Managers, including client meetings
  • Forecasting and Budgeting - responsibility over all lines on P&L and Balance Sheet for BTR
  • Pricing - support Regional Managers on Pricing decisions, modelling and scenario planning
  • Monthly Management Reporting
  • Ownership of Risks and Opportunities
  • Support Operations in design and reporting on KPIs, Balanced Scorecard, Targets to drive activity
  • Establish and embed clear and rapid escalation processes for issue resolution
  • Strengthen relationships with Operations through professional and challenging business partnering
  • Maintain clear and accurate communications to line manager
  • Support Line Manager as required
