Your new company
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an award-winning firm based in central Bristol who are looking for an experienced legal secretary to support the team on a permanent basis. The office is a fast-based environment that operates with a professional and proactive attitude to work.

Your new role
In this role, you will be required to complete the following tasks:
  • Document creation
  • General administration
  • Providing an excellent standard of client service
  • Billing
  • Financial transactions/ posting slips
  • Technical typing
  • Call handling, text alerts for meetings
  • Sending out invites for meetings, setting agendas and taking minutes
  • Chasing Debtors
  • Working closely with the office team

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be professional and possess excellent organisational skills. You should also have a pro-active approach to work and have recent legal secretary experience. You should have strong IT skills, the ability to work to deadlines, and work well as part of a team.
