The company is based in Milton Keynes and the working hours will be 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. In addition to receiving a salary of £18,000 - £20,000 (depending on experience), benefits include free parking, pension contribution, access to the Employment Benefits platform (where you receive discounts at a range of retailers and restaurants) and 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays).

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Provide support to the Legal Counsel
  • Maintain and regularly update the leasehold/freehold database for the whole of the property estate
  • Administer and collate documentation relating to property, rents, rates and landlord/tenant matters
  • Control and maintain the property maintenance/repair contract via external contractors
  • Liaise with contacts in respect of insurance policies and motor claims reporting
  • Distribute annual insurance certificates to all venues
  • Liaise with utility negotiator in respect of property additions and disposal forms
  • Assist in the compliance with and implementation of relevant Health & Safety legislation in all venues
  • Check invoices prior to passing for authorisation for payment.
