Our client based in Richmond is looking for a positive, enthusiastic and motivated Digital Media Manager to join one of the UK's fastest growing online retailers. The successful candidate will be used to working in a fast-paced performance-led environment, a self-starter and have a can-do, hands-on approach that balances the trading needs of the business with the strategic vision.

  • Define and manage the digital strategy, plan and budgets across all digital channels and our website
  • Directly manage and drive acquisition and profitability through all digital channels
  • Identify, drive and measure all CRO initiatives to improve our website conversation rate
  • Define, measure and report on the performance and attribution across all digital channels giving clear actionable insights
  • Define, measure and report on the market and our key competitors with reference to their promotions across all digital channels and website, market share etc
  • Recruitment and line management of the in-house digital team
  • Procurement and day to day management of all external digital agencies to ensure end-to-end delivery against plans and targets

Skills & Experience:
  • Digital Media Management: 3+ years (agency side or in-house however a minimum of 3 years' hands-on PPC experience required)
  • Experience with the following is essential; Google Analytics, Google AdWords (must be qualified), Google Tag Manager; Google Shopping; Audience targeting
  • Excellent knowledge of different PPC ad formats, AdWords features and bid management tools
  • Proven results from PPC accounts and other paid media channels you have run previously
  • Proven knowledge of how-to setup and fix Google Feed problems
  • Advanced keyword research skills and excellent copywriting skills
  • Strong understanding and 2+ years of hands on experience of the wider Digital Marketing landscape (Affiliate, Paid Social, SEO, Programmatic and email marketing channels)
  • Website performance and UX management experience
  • A/B split testing experience
  • Excellent commercial acumen
  • Excellent numeracy skills, and a highly analytical approach to managing, reporting and driving improvements across paid search channels
  • Excellent organisation skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communicator, in both the written and spoken word
  • Highly proficient in use of Excel to create reports and work with large data sets
  • Ability to manage budgets and projects
  • Experience in delivering projects independently
  • Highly motivated, pro-active, flexible and outcomes focused
  • Experience working with Magento, CRM systems (Salesforce) and ERP systems (desirable)
  • Industry experience in an e-commerce (retail desirable) company
