We now have an excellent opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team at Atlas Way, Sheffield.

Responsibilities of the Purchase Ledger Clerk:

The role involves ensuring that all invoices are posted accurately and promptly, following up and resolving discrepancies between purchase orders and invoicing, and ensuring all credits and invoices due are received from the supplier in a timely manner.

Requirements of the Purchase Ledger Clerk:

We're therefore looking for someone with a background in purchase ledger who has used purchase ledger modules in an ERP system. You'll need to be proficient in using Microsoft office packages, especially Excel. You'll have a lot of contact with suppliers and internal and external customers at all levels, so you'll need great interpersonal and communication skills. You'll also be flexible in your approach to work as you will be working in a team environment.
